No, I was not killed in a dual with a blogger or anything like that. Life seems to have been living me lately, instead of me living life. How I long for a place of rest away from the turmoil and strife of this world. A lull in the battle between good and evil. A respite long enough to regain strength before the next engagement with the enemy. (This may, perhaps, be a glimpse into my life at the present.)
I started college a few weeks ago pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. Amidst the secular thought process all too prevalent on campus I feel like I am wading through the a sea of the lost. Everyone seems to be grasping for something and searching for meaning in life. The professors especially are like rudderless ships without any means of navigation whatsoever. I am so thankful for the Anchor that gives my life a purpose.
My job is such a blessing. I am working for a Christian man who lets me come in and work on Saturday and he is working around my school schedule. I am working for a vending company and I go to two prisons on Saturday and stock the vending machines in the visitation areas. Interesting work considering I am getting a CJ degree.
Have a blessed week and keep looking to Him.

I hope you find some rest soon. I know how important it is to find rest! We have been learning that through observing the Sabbath. Wonderful!
Hope things are going ok with you, physically and spiritually.
I will pray for you as you take your college studies. I can see how all their secularism and meaninglessness could weigh on you. I pray you will be strong and courageous and be able to show them the real meaning of life through our Savior, Yeshua!
Your job sounds wonderful. Glad it can fit to your needs and fits into your life goal.
hope you find some rest! take care! thanks for stopping by!
